How to register

The AWAVES shellfishing sensory routes offer an opportunity to discover first-hand the maritime and shellfishing heritage of the province of Pontevedra through participatory, educational and sensory experiences led by professionals from the sector.

To attend the activities, participants must register in advance through a registration form available for each of the scheduled routes.

All registration periods will open at 9 am on the dates specified for each route and will be announced through the Provincial Council of Pontevedra's communication channels.

Each person can only submit one application, which may include up to three (3) additional participants, with a maximum of four (4) people per registration.

The registration form will remain open until the maximum number of twenty-five (25) participants per route is reached. Once all available places have been filled, new applications will automatically be added to the waiting list.

Registrations submitted through channels other than the form provided for the programme will not be accepted.

Confirmation of attendance

Places will be allocated strictly following the order in which registrations are received until the maximum number of participants established for each route is reached.

Once the registration period has closed, admitted participants will receive a communication from the organisers confirming their place, together with the information required to participate in the activity, including the schedule, meeting point and recommendations for the proper development of the experience.

Participants must confirm their attendance within the deadline specified in the communication sent by the organisers. If no response is received within this period, the participant will be deemed to have declined their place.

Any vacancies that may arise will be allocated to people on the waiting list, always following the order of registration.

Only individuals who have registered in advance and received the corresponding confirmation from the organisers will be allowed to participate.
